De Pijp by Lex

The window exhibition at my photostudio/house, Rustenburgerstraat 80, explained.

In the early fifties, the famous Amsterdam photographer Eddy Posthuma de Boer worked and lived for a few years in this house. At the end of 2017 I asked Eddy to come and see the house in its old state. I made this photo during that visit. Eddy is standing in the left doorway.

The annual International Pillow Fight Day 2014 at the Dam Square. This event takes place in many cities across the world. Here you can see more photo's I took at the Dam Square.

The Albert Cuypmarket in 2018. I love the low backlight and the Heron. When you visit the market at the end of the day the herons are a real attraction at the fish section.
